Not financial advice; verify everything

Chukta does not hold or move money and is not a bank, payment service, or accountant. Receipt readings, tax handling, splits, and UPI payment links are automated estimates that can be wrong. Always check amounts yourself before paying or asking anyone to pay. Any payment you make happens entirely within your own UPI app, between you and the recipient — Chukta is not a party to it.

Fair use only

The Service must be used only for fair, lawful, personal purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
• tax evasion, money laundering, or facilitating any illegal transaction;
• harming, harassing, impersonating, or violating the privacy or rights of others;
• attempting to access data or accounts that are not yours;
• attacking, overloading, reverse-engineering, or circumventing the security of the Service or its server; and
• commercial exploitation, resale, or automated abuse of the Service.

Access may be suspended or removed at any time, without notice or liability, for any misuse.
